個人資料收集聲明

豐盛生活服務有限公司、其附屬公司及聯營公司(以下統稱「我們」、「我們之」或「本集團」)致力維護閣下的私隱權。本聲明乃遵照香港特別行政區《個人資料(私隱)條例》之要求而發表,在向閣下收集資料時通知閣下若干事項。本聲明會不時更改,故請定期查閱。閣下每次登入本智能手機應用程式,即表示同意接受當時生效之本聲明之約束。

資料之收集

本集團持有員工的個人資料,並邀請他們成為本智能手機應用程式之用戶(「用戶」)。本集團有必要收集閣下之資料,以便向閣下提供員工考勤服務。此手機應用程式利用閣下之面容照片作人面識別,並記錄閣下之考勤資料作為公司內部統計研究及分析之用。閣下之面容照片亦會以加密方式儲存,並且只能由授權帳戶管理員閱覽。閣下之面容照片會在閣下的僱傭關係終止時被銷毀。倘若閣下未能提供所需資料,本集團將不能經本智能手機應用程式向閣下提供服務。

閣下知悉並同意,閣下向本集團提供之資料乃自願提供,並且準確、真實、最新 或完整,閣下於本智能手機應用程式存置之任何資料及資訊之形式、內容及準確性獨自負責。閣下須對利用閣下之用戶名稱及密碼所採取之行動負責。本集團並不建議閣下向任何第三者披露閣下之用戶名稱及密碼,倘閣下未能管控閣下之密碼,閣下可能失去對可供識別閣下資料之重大管控權,並可能須對閣下之用戶名稱及密碼所採取之行動負責。因此,倘閣下之密碼基於任何原因而受到危及,閣下應立即知會部門主管或經理。

資料之目的及用途

本集團所收集及持有之資料將用作以下用途(包括但不限於):

  • 向用戶提供服務及有關該等服務之資料,包括其更新、續期或經常性服務;
  • 監控本智能手機應用程式之運作及協助本智能手機應用程式之未來發展;
  • 匯編有關本集團之用戶之整體統計表,有助本智能手機應用程式之維持及發展及改善我們之服務;
  • 收集資料以核實身份及記錄,並保持聯絡名單以作通訊;
  • 就本智能手機應用程式有關之行政通知及通訊而聯絡閣下;
  • 向用戶提供關於本集團的資訊
  • 資料之傳遞

    除了下列情況外,本集團不會向任何其他人士披露或傳遞閣下之資料:

  • 若須將閣下之資料提供予第三方服務供應商,才能讓第三方服務供應商提供用戶於本智能手機應用程式內所選用的第三方服務,或促成與此有直接關係的用途。
  • 若須傳遞閣下之個人資料以遵照任何指引或任何本地或海外之法律、監管、稅務、政府、執法機關或其他當局的指引。
  • 我們亦可能與本集團旗下之公司傳遞、交換或披露閣下之個人資料作為內部統計研究及分析之用。
  • 倘若根據法例所規定或允許,我們亦會披露或傳遞閣下之資料。
  • 資料之查閱

    根據《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第486章)之條款,閣下有權要求存取及更正其個人資料。倘若閣下需查閱或更改個人資料,請電郵至 enquiry@fse.com.hk,或郵寄至香港九龍九龍灣宏開道8號其士商業中心16樓資料保障主任收。

    如有任何爭議,一切以英文為準。

    使用條款及免責聲明

    本智能手機應用程式內的資料只供參考之用,而並非有提供全面資訊或任何意見或建議之意。

    豐盛生活服務有限公司、其附屬公司及聯營公司(以下統稱「我們」、「我們之」或「本集團」)並不保證所提供的任何陳述資料及服務是否完整、最新、正確、準確及可靠。對於閣下因使用或進入本智能手機應用程式而引致閣下的設備有任何損害或數據遺失,我們概不承擔或負上任何責任。

    在適用法律許可範圍內的最大限度內,如因使用或進入、或不能使用或進入本智能手機應用程式而引致任何損失、毀壞或索償,本集團概不負上任何責任。

    如有任何爭議,一切以英文為準。


    Personal Information Collection Statement

    FSE Lifestyle Services Limited, its subsidiaries and associated companies (collectively “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Group”), is committed to safeguard users’ privacy. This statement is published in compliance with the requirements under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the laws of the Hong Kong, to notify you of certain matters when collecting information. This statement may change from time to time, so please check back periodically. Each time a user logs in to this App and uses its services, he or she agrees to be bound by the statement in force at that time.

    COLLECTION OF DATA

    The Group held personal data of employee and invites them to become users of this App (the “user” or “users”). This is necessary for us to collect your personal information for employee attendance on this App. This App will use the stored face data to recognise the employee, and send the attendance data such as clock in/out time, attendance photo to the server for company use. Your face data is stored encrypted, and may only be accessed by authorized account administrators. This face data will be erased upon any termination of your employment. Users are not obliged to provide the data there but if they do not, the selected services cannot be provided via this App.

    You acknowledge and agree that the information you provide to us is provided voluntarily, and is accurate, true, current and complete and that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any material and information placed by you on this App. You are responsible for all actions taken with your username and password. We do not recommend that you disclose your username and password to any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify your supervisor or your department head.

    PURPOSE AND USE OF DATA

    Information collected and held by the Group is used for the following purposes:-

  • providing the services and information relating to the services to you including any renewal or recurrent services thereof;
  • monitoring use of this App for its further development;
  • compiling aggregate statistics about our users and to analyze the usages of this App for maintaining and developing the App and for improving our services;
  • collecting data for identify verification and record and maintaining contact lists for correspondence;
  • contacting users regarding administrative notices and communications;
  • providing information related to the Group from time to time
  • TRANSFER OF DATA

    User information will not generally be disclosed or transferred to any other party in a form that would identify them except as follows:-

  • If it is necessary to allow Third Party Service Providers to offer and provide the Third Party Services chosen by a user in this App and for purposes directly relating thereto.
  • If it is necessary to transfer your personal data to comply with any guideline or guidance of any local or foreign legal, regulatory, tax, government, law enforcement or other authorities.
  • We may also transfer/exchange/disclose your personal data to or with companies within the Group for internal statistical research and/or analysis.
  • As required or permitted by law.

    In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486), you have the right to request access to, or correction of, information about your personal data which is held by us.     If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
